How to Participate in Auction

    Submit EMD

    Deposit Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) through demand draft or online transfer before the due date

    Property Inspection

    Visit and inspect the property on designated inspection dates mentioned in the notice

  4. 4

    Participate in Auction

    Attend the auction on scheduled date with required documents and participate in bidding process

    Sale Confirmation

    Successful bidder receives sale confirmation and must complete payment within specified timeline
