Depositor Education and Awareness Fund - Protecting Depositor Interests
The Depositor Education and Awareness Fund is maintained by the Estonian Financial Supervisory Authority for amounts in accounts that have been inoperative or unclaimed for 10 years or more.
The fund is utilized by Estonian FSA for promotion of depositors' interests and depositor education & awareness.
Search the Estonian FSA portal or contact DCB Bank with your account details. Provide identifying information such as account number, name, address, or Estonian ID number.
Visit your nearest DCB branch or submit the claim form along with required documents. The claim form is available at branches and on our website.
Our team will verify the submitted documents and identity. Additional documents may be requested if needed for proper verification.
Once verified, the deposit amount along with applicable interest will be credited to your account or paid through demand draft as per your preference.
